Best game that you played in 2024

Now that the year is coming to the end. Which is the best game that you played in 2024 for the first time and loved.

My gaming was limited to Apple arcade games and Stradale on apple TV was the best that I had tried this year. The cars and the tracks look amazing and the physics is too realistic. Felt the way I felt when I first played NFS Porsche Unleashed back in the day.

It would have to be CYBERPUNK 2077. I had this game for a long long time. But I did not even start the game after listening to the bugs and issues. Only after getting the PL DLC, I started the game.

And, boy oh boy, I loved the game. It was one of the the best games of this year. Although the number of games that I have played this year is fairly small. Although the ending was heartbreaking for me.

Another quick mention is going to be DAVE THE DIVER. It's an indie game but really loved playing the game. I did not have a GPU for about a month and ran this game on the integrated Intel processor. Still the game ran superb and it's genuinely fun to play.
 
I played Hades out of boredom, and it ended up being amazing!

Recently I also played Before your eyes, that was quite a fun yet bitter sweet experience.
 
Walkabout Mini Golf on Quest 3. Spent hours shooting golf balls on Space stations, historical cities, and other such fantastical places in VR. Very addictive.
 
Loved Witcher 3 and finished it in January this year. Certainly best game i played this year by far and one of the best ever.
RDR2 is pretty good too and quite different for an open world game.

Did not play that many games this year it seems. Played a lot of nuclear throne again (not for the first time) and that took some time, 200hrs or so before i deleted it again.
This one is so addictive that once you pick it back up, hours can get lost.
