Graphic Cards Best GPU under 15k

To me, nvidia 's gtx 1060 3gb edition feels like that younger sibling in the family who is ignored by every relative.

thats the best gpu at the price point,people ignore that because its slower then the 6gb version
buy the 3gb 1060 or a evga 6gb 1060 from Amazonglobal,
1060s as fast as the 980

People are more freaked about it's limited memory that might become hurdle in newer titles, otherwise green team has a pretty nice lineup
 
it will only become a hurdle over 1080p after the next 2 years,by then it will show its age anyways.
 
Rx 470 or gtx 1060 3gb ??? Want to keep the card for atleast 3 years


GPU should have vga/dvi port coz my 22" LG monitor is 6 years old.

One last thing what's with Raedon GPUs n sync issues? My monitor only support 60hz refresh rate I think. So GPU should be compatible with monitor.

GTX 1060 is faster then a Rx470,no comparison here
 
What type of games you play mostly? Esports? Get the Rx 460 if esports or rx 470. Otherwise get the 1060. Read some user reviews & select accordingly.
 
GTX 1060 3gb is the best Gpu for the price tbh,it's basically a GTX 980 for 16k,also Rx470 is way slow in comparison,RX480 is the only gpu to beat 1060,that too with overclocking and liquid cooling


I don't see why people are recommending a Rx470.

See you don't understand, you can actually use amd gpus as room heater in winter... Smh it's a feature absent in nvidia gpus and not to mention the high performance /watt of nvidia gpus which is completely irrelevant xD

@PHOENiX117, would you care to share Amazonglobal links for Evga 1060 3/6GB for under 16k? I browsed through global store at Amazon.in but could not find anything under 20/25k.

The thing is that the Amazon charges an advanced custom duty which is not the actual custom duty. They pay the any difference in the amount paid - custom duty back to ur account. And generally it falls around 15-18k

I don't have experience with evga, better tag @PHOENiX117
But i guess SC edition(single fan) will do fine.
Though I recommend you to get it directly from US via relative/friend, that way you can escape custom duty

First Rx480 beats down 1060 Hands down,
1 gb extra Ram,Crossfire Support,better ocing headroom.

Second nvidia Has FAST SYNC tech in it's gpus,so forget buying a rx480 and a Free sync display,
overclock your current monitor to 75hz and use fast sync,you will save the most money this way

1060 3GB is selling in India For 16-17K from zotac.the best deal you can get At the movement


I just checked amazon and The gpus are overpriced at the movement, now 3gb 1060 is coming at 19,000,
Plus it's asking for KYC documents .

If u wanna import a 1070 or 1080 then Go ahead because it will be 10,000-15,000 cheaper compared to india,otherwise for 1060, No points in imports now

Regarding 3gb 1060 performance-

3gb 1060 will only lag when it comes to 1440P, and that too 10%

almost all multiplayer shooters are played at 1080P even at Pro scene, this won't have trouble maintaining that.

Aside from it,single player games will run fine.

Op,if u have a 1920x1080 or below display,then just buy the Zotac 3Gb 1060 from India

I guess you didn't saw the article, it compares RX470 with 1060, I didn't mention rx 480.
@J!gn3$h , if you are not into warranty, then there is a guy on erodov forums selling zotac mini 6gb edition for 18k, otherwise what @PHOENiX117 mentioned is correct since msi and asus feel overpriced, zotac is the way to go.
 
What article compares RX470 with 1060?
I did not see it and neither do i think I need to
1060 beats down Rx470 hands down.:)
