Graphic Cards Best Graphics card for 4.5k?

Hey guys,I want to buy a gpu under rs.4.5k.I am not so good with computer components,so any help will be greatly appreciated.My current pc config-
CPU-Intel Core i3 2120 3.30 Ghz
Motherboard-Intel DH61HO
Ram-EVM 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Power supply-iBall JSW 252(450 watt)

Most of the GPUs below 4.5k are simply not worth buying unfortunately.

Would suggest you wait till you can increase your budget to at least 7.5k.

What sort of games do you want to play and at what resolutions ?
