Guys, I want to gift some Indian coffee to a foreign friend of mine. By 'Indian' I mean something that's not mass market but small batch... you know, how you have 'Organic India' brand of tea.

Any suggestions? Preferably something on Amazon that I can order.

Do you want get him indian coffee or coffee from india? If it is the former then you can get a filter coffee blend, if the latter, then you can get any of the single origin coffees on the different sites

Single origin coffee sites - bluetokai, indianbean, flyingsquirrel, deccancoffee - I'd recommend Kaladevpura pulp sun dried coffee from bluetokai.

Filter coffee - you can get different blends from either beansnbrews or your local kumardhara (south indian coffee) store.

You will also see a "Monsooned Malabar" coffee that is an "indian" coffee, but I've only had one batch that was really good all others were hit or miss.
