Best ISP for Gaming in DELHI

My friend, who is from Delhi, want to switch his ISP for CS, he is currently using MTNL, n is getting pings in excess of 300+ :S

He wants a ISP that is good for Online Gaming. :D

Not sure about online gaming....but Airtel is the best ISP in Delhi as per my opinion...

Wish I had Airtel in my area....I am stuck up with SIFY for around 2 years and it sucks....has 4-5 days downtime every month..
 
Spectra Net is the best for gaming. Lowest pings.

But they suck if your a heavy downloader.

If you download more than 15GB per month for 3 months, theyll blacklist ur IP.
 
From my impressions,tata bb provided good pings overall to most game servers..
Of course,in case of VS u get better pings from exactt.
but to sg,hk servers tata bb tend to give good pings (those local isp's dont)..
Id give reliance the second preference..
