Budget 51-70k Best laptop under 60k ?

I am going to buy a new laptop with budget under 60k. I use my laptop for -

1. Programming (Android studio, visual studio etc)
2. Designing (Photoshop, illustrator etc)
3. Moderate gaming (GTA 5, AC series, Witcher 3 etc)
4. Entertainment (Movies, music etc)

A typical laptop at 60K would have GTX 950/960M. This would be able to run AC series and Witcher 3 at ~35fps while on 1366*768 medium settings. GTA 5 would go 60+ fps on same resolution/settings.

I havent found any laptops with GTX 950/960m under 60k. The ones I found had either 920/940m. Could you please send a link if available online.
