Best laptop within 25k

hello friends,
one of my friend wants to buy a laptop for normal daily use, Internet usage, movies n so on... and his MAX BUDGET is 25k, so please suggest a good laptop....

and he doesn't want to go with MSI or ASUS laptops, only good company products like Dell, Hp, Compaq, Acer, Sony and so on...
and with at least 15" display...

IINM this is a single core proccy and would be inadequate IMO. SO its better to look for other models.
