Monitors Best lcd for 13k

Guys as I got my gaming rig up now its time to upgrade my display I have a budget of 13k for a 22inch lcd moniter needed only for gaming.

Please dont tell me to extend my budget and get a dell sp22 as I am really on a tight budget .And from where to buy the lcd.
