Watching the videos and trying them on a VM would be an option worth trying for a crash course.

10 days is too less.
I have been working for nearly 8 months on Linux and i still find myself " a noob" when it comes to Linux.
The scope of Linux is not defined....according to me

I already work in power electronics and R&D dept in L&T, so hardly do i have time for any part time job, due to some real time systems training scheduled overseas my boss needs me to learn LINUX in atleast 10 days ..
