Best Microwave Oven under 5K

Bought Kenwood MW560 grill owen...now plz tell the dos and dont of using MO....can i use glass inside.. metals should not be used .. right..?? so how to roast a chicken. i mean whether 2 use glass container, timing etc??

how is Kenwood brand?? is this model good one??
