Best mobile in 7000

Just increase the budget by ~1k and go for the HTC explorer. It beats the Galaxy Y in all aspects.

Though the clock speed of the Galaxy Y processor is 832MHz and the Explorer is only 600MHz, still the explorer is better since it is based on a better architecture.

The graphics is also better. The phone also supports adobe flash. The price difference between the two is just ~0.8k or so.

Can anyone suggest me a good phone upto Rs.7000 in Dual Sim.

You haven't filled up the template so I don't know if you prefer any OS but as Android is flavour of the season I'll suggest you to consider to increment your budget a bit & consider these:

- Samsung Galaxy Y Duos for 8990@flipkart

GSMArena review: http://www.GSMarena.com/samsung_galaxy_y_duos_s6102-review-754.php

- LG Optimus Net Dual for 9799@flipkart

Specs: http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_optimus_net_dual-4309.php

- Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos (QWERTY) for 9500@flipkart

Specs: http://www.gsmarena.com/samsung_galaxy_y_pro_duos_b5512-4371.php

But the battery life will take a hit as with most of the Dual Sims so bear that in mind. The above handsets maybe available a bit cheaper at Sulekha / eBay so check them before placing an order.
