CPU/Mobo Best mobo for Intel E2160

Please suggest a good motherboard for the processor Intel pentium dual core E2160. And may happened to upgrade the processor in future (in another two years)

A-bit ip35-E or biostar tp35d2-a7 or Palit p35-a

I have biostar one myself and its a good board , many settings for OC as well . All 3 boards above don't have onboard graphics .

It will be gr8 if u can provide info like.....
? Do u plan to OC
? Does the board need to have onboard GPU
? Which RAM u going to use on the board

However your options would revolve between the biostar and the abit atm.

Not going to overlock.
Yes, i need a onboard graphic in the motherboard.
Going to use 1 GB Transcend RAM @ 800 MHz
 
Have you already bought the cpu? If not, you might want to consider going AMD (Athlon X2 & 780G) since you need onboard graphics? Intel's pretty much suck at that!

Of course, if you're going to be buying a discrete card in the very near future then you may as well get the Intel and bear with it for the duration.
 
im nt sure if the socket 775 will survive 2 years...

i think the best bet for u will be a G31 based mobo from intel....

A new socket (LGA1366) will debut alongside Nehalem in Q4 '08 or early next year, as and when Intel releases it.
 
Palit N73PV or Palit N73v....ok type onboard graphics(better than intel onboard).....ok for CS 1.6 or warcraft
 
You could even go for the Biostar Gf7050-M7. It has onboard Geforce graphics which is anyday better than what intel offers and is a steal at 2.2k

Ronnie - ok, fine. Whats the cost of this(Palit N73pv) board and suggest a better if its just a OK TYPE mobo...

Nolasco - Whats the cost of Biostar GF7050-M7?
