Best Mp3 player with Built-in speakers !!!

As the title states, i Want the best mp3 player which have its own built in speakers. This mp3 player will be used by my Grandfather who is deaf with left ear, so he wont be able to enjoy sterio sound, also he told me that he wont use a headphone at-all as he would have Ear Pain on using them. The only things he want from the player is that, it should have good quality loud sound via the built in speakers, n should have higher battery life.
He is ready to spend upto 20-22K
So recommend a good One.
Also PS, He is going to USA on 26th of this month, n he want to buy the player from India Itself before he goes.

Any Cell Phone which has a good loud speaker wud double as a mp3 player.

I have heard to K750i descent but not that loud sound.

There might be better mp3 based phones with a loud speaker but donno a mp3 player which has a loud speaker.
