Laptops best netbook under 15K!

which is the best available netbook for a budget of rs15,000 max.?

gud features, like high mega pixel webcam, finger printer reader,memory card reader etc etc would be gr8, although not compulsory.

theres the msi wind for 18k odd , at 15000 i think you will be looking at 8.9" or so ...maybe the asus 904hd is at 15.5k and asus 1000h is at 18.5 ,,rather you go for a 10" than smaller

Probably zenith zbooks 'll be around 16k..

You don't have too much of a choice if you are going to stick to that budget.
