Best Online Portal/Forum to sell property

Can anyone suggest a good online portal(preferably a private forum) for selling property where i can interact with serious buyers and resourceful brokers. The property in question is a 3BHK residential apartment with 3 attached bathrooms & 3 Balconies in an upbeat part of Annanagar East, Chennai City. I am serious about selling this property, so much so that i plan on taking watermarked professional photographs that i can use to attract some serious buyers.

I would appreciate any input other than recommendations similar to 99acres, MagicBricks, etc. since these portals are swarming with dishonest brokers(speaking from past experience) who are more active than legitimate buyers.

Take two snaps of property tagged with a paper slip including TE ID and date, then list some where in the TE market section:p
 
If you know guys in working in IT companies, Tell them to post on their office portal section of such deals.

You will get genuine people & can close deal.
