Best option for 3G Data Card + Wi-Fi Hotspot Creating Device

Hi Friends

I need to buy a new device which can be used as a 3G Data Card for accessing the internet from any mobile provider
PLUS
it could be used as a Wi Fi Hotspot as well.

Please suggest me the options that are available in this regards. I am familiar with

My personal choice is to go with TP-Link MR3020 + supported dongle. This needs USB 5V 500mA power. If you want portable hotspot, then MR3040 variant with dongle.

If you want to make your desktop WiFi enabled, there was some WiFi dongle selling for 300 odd INR.
