Hey help me to build a pc for music production in low budget can anyone tell how are these things are and can i get better replacement for these. How can i save more money and better items

You don't need a GPU for music production. This APU based build will give you more than good enough graphics performance for your needs.

Go for a 1440p monitor if you're buying 27". With FHD, it's impossible to actually make use of the bigger screen because there just aren't enough pixels, everything just ends up looking big and pixilated.

I would also highlight couple of things -
1. The 27 inch monitor at 1080p will make the UI seem crowded and pixelated... either get a 24 inch 1080p monitor or go for 27 inch 1440p or higher resolution
2. You don't exactly need a GPU, but it would be very helpful to have a midi keyboard, audio interface and good earphones / speakers.

For music production, no. 2 will be lot more useful.
