Best Phone Under 15 K

all suggestions are welcome..... want a 5MP in it if possible budget can be extended only till 16 K....

HTC Wildfire if you like Android. The resolution is kind of a let down though. Samsung Wave if you can extend your budget to about 17-18k. Don't know about Nokia as I haven't been following it lately.

samsung star touch superb or jet if opting for touch

Samsung Wave is not retailing inside 16k I think and it makes a totally worthy buy. Also check Nokia X6 if maps navigation is very important for you. And a strict NO for star, wildfire, x10 mini.

i am upgrading from n79, getting 5k for my 1 year old phone. need to buy something under 15k, no touchscreen required but needs to have as good a camera and good battery. any suggestions?

Check SE Hazel and SE X10 Mini Pro and Nokia N86 (best camera phone) if you can find one.
