For 2 kits, I don't think it would make a whole lot of difference in pricing of your local shopkeeper vis-a-vis the wholesaler if you negotiate well. Still, you can try Jhandewalan market in Karol Bagh next to Videocon Towers or if you want to save even further money AND have the time, the inclination and the will, you can try Sadar Bazaar. Best deals in the city period.
