best place to register a co.in domain

i want to register a co.in domain... my hosting provider will be godaddy... i was thinking of the following site.... i would like to register for say 3-4 year as the fees are cheap..... and i would like to have 4-5 email address option associated with that domain name.....

please recommend any other useful and trusted site... and how can i get register for more than a year.... and i want a site supporting paypal payment..

Currently all .in and 3rd level .in (co.in, org.in.) are running under promo.So..U can get them @ rs. 100-200 for the first year.And price from 2nd year will be normal.
