Best plan for 512Kbps Unlimited

I want a 512 kbps unlimited connection at my place..my budget is around 1.2-1.3k...Please help me to find the best ISP and plan, I live in chandigarh (Panchkula)

Check airtel's new plans in the braodband section. some 1099 bucks for 384kbps in day time and 1 mbps in night.

Airtel New Plans

A) Swift 1099 Plan - 384kbps Unlimited downloads in Day and 1mbps at Night

B) Turbo 1299 Plan - 512kbps Unlimited downloads in Day and 1mbps at Night

C) Freedom 1699 Plan - 1mbps 24x7 Unlimited downloads

D) Freedom 2999 Plan - 2mbps 24x7 Unlimited downloads

E) Velocity 2999 Plan - 8mbps 24x7 with 50GB Download Limit

F) Velocity 4999 Plan - 16mbps 24x7 with 100GB Download Limit

(The above amount doesn't include taxes , so add roughly 10% tax along with the given monthly rental)

FUP - 100GB. After exceeding this you will get half the speed you usually get.

I'm really sorry , but I really have no idea what's going on.

Airtel have changed the plans yet again!

Till morning the above mentioned plans were same!

But now it's different. Have a look at their website - Experience

Plans A and B don't exist anymore.

As per them now ,

Swift 1099 - 512kbps Unlimited Downloads both Day and Night with Goodies worth Rs 100

Turbo 1299 - 512Kbps Unlimited Downloads both Day and Night with Goodies worth Rs 499

Goodies include Free Calling Value , Speed on Demand Service , Unlimited Gaming , Online Desktop , PC Secure.

That page has wrong info, goto airtel tariff page select your circle and check their. btw info by sickizblank is correct as far as i know.Why thinking so much, first call their CC and check if its available in your area , then ask about tariff.

It was correct till this morning dude! My friend followed this link this morning and got himself the 384kbps (Day) + 1Mbps (Night) Plan for Rs 1099/month!

1099 had 384kbps day speed and 1mbps night speed (unlimited downloads)

1299 had 512kbps day speed and 1mbps night speed (unlimited downloads)

But now something's just gone wrong or Airtel have changed their plans YET AGAIN! Someone call 'em up to confirm this!

Wonder why BSNL was never mentioned? The BSNL UL1350 plan is 512kbps unlimited, with no strings attached. My customer care experience with them has been good so far. Cannot comment in your area. But I believe, for an unlimited plan, you'll have to face the CC only once.

try connect if they are available where you stay,

their plans are variable speed plans

1) 666- day 20to25kbps daytime(10am to 10 pm) and 45-55kbps night(10pm to 10 am)

2) i am not sure but they had this plan a few weeks earlier - 1111- upto 1mbps

all plans are unlimited

All plans have changed from Airtel.

No 384kbps anymore. All 512 & above...

I am on Freedom 1699 and this plan rocks man...hyeah:

It's weird to have 2 x 512kbps based plans! No one's gonna go for the 1299 one just for the sake of some weirdo goodies.

I think Airtel has something more in mind.

On the first page that's a prnting mistake.

When u go inside the plans, u'll see that

1099 plan : 512kbps Day and Night
1299 plan : 512kbps Day and 1Mbps Night
1699 plan : 1Mbps Day and Night

No change both plans co-exist, atleast in NCR. I have checked with CC: One is Explore 1099 - 384Kbps/day & 1 Mbps/night; other is Swift 1099 - 512 Kbps day/night. But both plans are ul. FUP is 75 Giga for both.

^^These plans @Gurgaon. Of the two I would choose the former. One would need atleast 1Mbps speed for GT/GS video stream.

See both plans are available...

U can take the Explore 1099 plan...But why not take the swift if u are getting 512 instead of 384???:S

Well, in my place, i have yet to see FUP in action.
I'll get to know in a day or two, whether FUP is applicable on these new plans after my data limit is crossed...
