Get the philips SHP-2700 headphones if you can find them in your city. They cost Rs 1450 and sound better than most headphones out there in the sub-2k range.

In that budget Sennheiser HD201 would be ideal, I got it a year back ofr 1600, should be cheaper now. It's a highly recommended budget headphone over at head-fi forums. Don't get HD202.

My main requirements is Comfortability.
I heared that open back headphones are more comfortable than closed ones.
Can u plz explain wats the main difference between two.

i use them at the office. very light , and very comfortable. At least more comfortable than my EP 630 and the Philips HP 805.

the EP 630, you cant wear for a long time . Your ears start to hurt , and the philips is kinda heavy

If u can get it from US, get Sennheiser HD485 for around Rs 2400. Uber comfortable and awesome sound. @Quad Master got it for $57 from US.

I've been using the Philips SHP-805 for over a year now. Very rough handling and cords getting under table legs etc and yet no problems. You can comfortable wear it for a long time too.

They are the vfm option and if you only listen to pop music then the Sennheisers are mostly wasted.
