best rechargeable battries with charger

i am already fed u with my xbox wireless controller consuming battery like hell
i bought a duracell pack and it got over in 4 days thought i played like 12/14 hrs in that 4 days (is this fyne or smething is wrng with my controller)

im planning to buy rechargebale battery and charger to avoid the local batterys ..
also i need to know how many times i can charge a rechargeable battery max limit
can anyone tell me which battery should i buy i need the charger also
if possible a link is also helpful

Get Eneloop as shortlisted.. Newer ones could be charged ~1500 times....

ebay has it for pretty cheap but are they genuine ?
