Best Solution for protecting Private folders on Drives form access and copying it !!!

I need a solution application software that can help me protecting my personal folders in drives. Please don't suggest me to hide them as I am quit messy in this thing :P I remember a software I tried in starting of 2008 for such works but it was a Sh!t crappy Carb software that did protected the folder directly but was easily accessible it other guy was smart enough to search the folder in windows search box :/ Please Suggest best options as data is really Important for me :) Thank you for reading out. There are few softwares that allows you to read Linux partition formats in Windows such as ext2/ext3.
Just create one partition in above mentioned format and access it using the software.

Creating disc images like ISO AMD NRG and mounting them whenever necessary is also another idea.
 
Suppose I have a folder protected by TrueCrypt,
OS Windows 7 in HDDA and folder in HDDB .
Now some how my OS gone kaput.
And I have reinstall the OS againg.
Can I recover that folder later in that case ?
 
^ TrueCrypt doesn't hide existing folders, it creates an encrypted volume in your existing / removable disk (or encrypts an entire drive).

As long as that volume is unharmed you can access your data.

As for your example, if you keep Truecrypt volume on HDDA and do a format, then your data will also be wiped out. If you keep it on HDDB and HDDA is formatted, then upon reinstalling of the OS, you need to reinstall Truecrypt also and access your files.
