Market Feedback Best time to exit a deal

I've heard how many people abroad, don't like even entertaining Indians and other foreigners, who are known to bargain a lot. My friend had a hard time when he was buying his first car over there as most people would not even entertain his offer because they thought he would bargain later.
I used to be someone who wouldn't bargain myself, but I've changed a little over the years. Especially when buying new stuff, I always try to either find the distributor, or bargain with the retailers because there is always margin for discount in the MRP.
Bargain as much as you want in a retail store against an MRP after all the M in MRP is maximum meaning there is scope for negotiation. Bargaining during a personal one-to-one deal is a no no to me. I generally ask for the selling price and offer my price. After that, it is either take it or leave it.

One message that really gets on my nerves is "What's your last price, bro ?". 90% of the time after I say my "last price" they still try to bargain it down. Always avoid dealing with such users. They should at least mention their offer. Even if their price is too low, if they are not a dick about it it's fine with me. But not even mentioning what they are willing to pay is a huge deal breaker.

+1
There is this one member who does this all the time with me. I will stop responding to all his future messages for all future sales if he does not come through (99.9% he wont).

I generally ask for the final price in case of every product I'm interested in unless firm price specified.

If the final price is what I'm comfortable with, I go ahead.

If not, gently excuse myself from the chat and go about my life.

Some comments on the aforementioned points, specially if people had personally experienced the points (1) (2) (3) (4) and what does one's moral compass classify these as ?
To be honest, most of us have been in similar situations and it should not become opportunities for other sellers in the future as it would become a benchmark for a fair deal.

Asking for the final price is absolutely fine IMO.

But regardless if that meets or does not meet ones ability to pay it, a member MUST reply with one of the below;

1) Let's go ahead
2) Sorry, that's beyond my budget
3) Let me get back to you (incase you think you need time to think/gather funds)

Simply leaving that conversation with no reply whatsoever is a big no-no for me.

absolutely.

either you say yes, strike the deal.
you say no, out of my budget, I was looking for this much.
3rd, you can say I need time, don't hold for me, if I decide yes, I'll let you know.

Normally when I give my last price and other person starts negotiating then my answer is straight "Aapne last price poocha tha, ab isse 1 rupiya bhi kam nahi hoga" You asked for last price, I am not going to reduce even a single rupee after that.
