Best touch mobile under 9k

Hi friends ! I am planning to buy a new touch screen mobile for my GF. Max budget is 9k

I have selected some few. Are my choices correct. Did i leave any vital model. please answer. Which touch mobile i should select under 9k?

1. Samsung galaxy 3
2. Samsung Star 3g

etc. Please provide your suggestions..

I got a phone in a similar price range around Durga Puja. Start 3G isn't available any more - I got the Samsung Monte S5620. Its a nice phone, and you can check it out the reviews and all. But Samsung Galaxy 3 would be a better idea.
 
I thought for a bit more price tag i could go for android OS or atleast 3MP cam in the case of samsung star. Also i heard 5233 falls a bit short in terms of touch responsiveness. Is tht true? And i also checked the cheaper version of samsung wave. It looks good to me. C'mon guyz i dont know any other good mobile forums apart from TE. Please help.

OMG just the other day was checking out that phone(friend's). It's unbearable, the scren. After using Nokia's high-res screen phones, I feel giddy to use any samsung phone(except the higher ones with 800x480 of course)
