PC Peripherals best TV tuner ?

hey guys iam buying a TV tuner now what i want is that it should be able to play all channels all around the world like sports,adult etc

what i mean is that i can view all the channels in the world through my tuner and there are np veiwing any channels that are meant for adults etc

any advice on this also iam a complete newbie so please help me out

afaik, you can only play channels which are free to air directly from a tuner. Else, you need to connect your STB etc to it to play other channels. As for channels, all over the world, I have no idea.
