Best UL plan Navi Mumbai???

If I were looking for something better than my 1 Mbps UL Reliance Wimax that costs 2199, what would you suggest?

I want:
1) Something with more VFM
2) UL downloads
 
Me using 24Onlline, 256kbps 440 bucks. I'll check with them for higher speed plans and let you know. Downtime is pretty much non-existent. But service is Sify guys, so its just a decent provider. But it's overall much much better than the normal cable walahs and sify :P
 
24 online now has 1mbps totally unlimited for 999 bucks . They have 2mbps UL for 2499. As Phoenix said service in Nerul / Seawoods side is pretty decent .Almost 0 downtime in last 5-6 months.

They provide connection in Kharghar ,but not sure about the service. Anshul (XT) has been facing a lot of problems with his connection.
 
I basically want a 1 ~ 2 Mbps UL connection, but cheaper than Reliance, which I feel are much costlier, although the service is pretty good.
 
+1 for 1mbps UL from SSV cable, using it and totally satisfied, 999 per month and you can't get more VFM than this.
