Less than 10K Best Used Mobile for Young Child/Student? Under 7K

Hi there members!
I'm not going to make this post too long but just wanted to say beforehand THANK YOU to anyone and everybody who will be helping me with these beforehand, your help is greatly appreciated.

TLDR - The best used phone that can be bought for around 7k right now?

So more or less, I have a niece who is currently studying in 8th standard. Her parents want to buy her a phone as kids these days, their only form of socialisation is via social media and she's been feeling a bit left out (some of her friends had phones since they were even 10!) and they felt it was now the right time and that she was responsible enough to have her own phone. The dilemma is they don't want to buy a brand new one because
a) To see if she uses it well and doesn't get distracted by it
b) Would be better to buy a good cheap used phone for now and maybe buy a good one once she passes 10th

Keeping her usage in mind, she's like any early teenage girl, decent camera, social media, a bit of gaming (not pubg and all those intensive heavy games for sure) etc etc

I've done a search myself but I'm still genuinely so confused outside of redmi circles. I've used a location filter on olx and kept it as koramangala and right now the best option I'm seeing is the Redmi Note 7 Pro, 6/64 or 6/128gb! for around 7k ish which seem like good deals to me (bought my mother a redmi note 7s when it launched)

If anyone else can suggest a phone better than this or any alternative it would be highly appreciated! Or if some members here have any they wish to sell I'm happy to look at it.

Thank you once again! :)

Edit :- Alright I've shortlisted a Nokia 3.2, Redmi Note 7 pro 4or6/64 and a Samsung Galaxy A50 6/64 at the moment. There are a lot of Vivo Phones as well but I don't know much about it. Realme 6 also doesn't look bad. Any suggestions people?

7.5k you get new phones with 4gb ram on Amazon.
Example:
Deal of the day: Redmi 9 Activ (Metallic Purple, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage) | Octa-core Helio G35 | 5000 mAh Battery https://amzn.eu/d/cfsNez1
8099 - 600 (coupon) = 7499

Better to buy new phone. If there is something wrong with a used phone after you buy, then seller just refusing to take calls is a possibility. Zero warranty with used phone.

Edit: those Tecno Spark ones come in this budget. I haven't watched any reviews on these phones so you can safely ignore my advice. <( ̄︶ ̄)>
