Best VFM STD call

Hey,

I need to make STD calls pretty regularly ( to one person). I dont care if I have to change networks, but I need a plan which will be cheap.

I hear that aircel to aircel std is at 20p/min .... With 99 rs booster.

If there are anything else, pls tell me. and I prefer GSM to CDMA anyday.

PS: Am from chennai btw.

Try Tata Docomo BuddyNet

Also Reliance unlimited. But if it is just one number, Docomo would be cheaper.

I use Reliance unlimited. It's awesome. The only downside is that I have to carry an extra phone with me all the time as I still use GSM number for everyday needs.

reliance offers only 45 hours/month for 600 rupees. With the aircel plan I had mentioned, you get to have 41.3 hours for 600 rupees.

Not much of a difference if you ask me.

Sorry for hijacking the thread but i too have similar requirement but the from number is airtel pune (mine) and to number is Vodafone Mumbai. Any way to get cheap calls ?

I am currently using their normal 1p/sec plan.

Any such good scheme in BSNL available (BSNL pune to Vodafone Mumbai), i can also go for that as i have a BSNL SIM too.
