Best way to charge Electric Bike

My friend and I were having an argument about how much percent to charge the battery upto.
I say it should be upto 85% and only once a month to 100%, but he says it should be charged 100% everytime.

We searched online and there is conflicting information.
Which method will give us longer battery life?
 
You haven't mentioned which vehicles you own. Depends on the battery type - LFP or NMC or LTO and mode of charging and home kit type for your vehicle.
Read your manufacturer guidelines on this.
