Mac OS Best way to spend 10K to enhance OSX experience on a Hackiontosh !

Level G
I am a newly converted OSX junkie. My main usage of the OS is iLife 11 apart from surfing. Nothing else and nothing more as of now. My config is as follows:

C2D 8400 @ 3 GHZ on ASUS P5B Dlx Wifi Platium
2GB DDR 800 RAM
ATI HD 4870
SATA HDD with various Capacities

Now I don't know what would be the best buy for about 10K odd to enhance my OSX experience. I have certain things in mind but i don't intend to invest in all of them to get that experience. I wanted the best bang for the buck product experience. Also to remember i would be dual booting this machine with Win 7 for my gaming dose of the month.

The following are few choices which i had narrowed my selection down to:
1. SSD. No Brainier probably a 60GB should be suffice for the OSes.
2. Mobo. A more compatible one. One which works more natively then the one which i am already using. Damages would not be more then 4K max for my chip.
3. Keyboard. For a more iMACcy experience. I am still confused with the command key and the control key for my mac on my keyboard :ashamed:
4. Mouse. Never used a magic mouse so i don't know if this one actually makes sense.
5. Speakers. Really want to get something better then the Z5300 which i currently own.

Let me know your choices.

TIA

The SSD ofc. An additional stick of 2GB RAM would definitely help.

I am not sure if input devices and speakers would be improving your experience with the Mac OS as much as the SSD upgrade would. Ofc not talking of the Magic Mouse here.

Hey thanks for pointing that out gannu. Will upgrade the RAM no matter what. A 2GB addon should be in the range of 2K or so if I am correct.

Also what are the prices for a decent 60GB SSD and a Magic mouse.

^Avoid! The newer lots are confirmed having 25nm chips instead of the 34nm ones. They have lower speeds thus. Not worth it. A Corsair Force 60GB costs ~7k and should be just fine. Lord Nemesis got hold of one recently and he has reported some good performances from the drive.

A magic mouse costs north of 3.5k I am assuming.

Get this cheap and excellent motherboard : ASUS P5QPL-Am , it costs around Rs.2300 & runs OSx 100% vanilla with all the bells and whistles. Im using it with my old Q6600 & I couldn't be happier.

Adding another 2GB of RAM is absolutely necessary .
