Best wifi only tablet within 13k range

I am want to buy a tablet which will replace my laptop while I am traveling on job (usage : movies, games, viewing and editing documents) . I don't want a 3g tablet wat I want is best available wifi tablet in my range
 
Increase the budget to around 15K and pickup a Nexus 7 16GB. Ensure that you use the USB helper app for USB OTG and attach a pen drive for the extra space.

How good is ainol Nova 7 flame(12k). Vs. Ainol Nova crystal (8k). And how about Nova 10 hero and EAFT destiny D90T 10INCHES
 
check out the Videocon VT10 Tab. Its the first 10 incher with a Rockchip Rk3066 Dual core 1.6Ghz CPU. Has a quad-core MALI GPU with 1Gb RAM. The rk3066 is similar in performance to the Samsung Exynos! Its priced at 11k. I bought one, and it is pretty good VFM !
