i was looking for the photography thread, remember seeing it somewhere,

but the search function throws up most of funenclave results,

i've faced the same funenclave results on most of searches. is it possbile to put a preference on techenclave results?

i just checked teambhp and it shows more accurate results than TE( being a tech site)

strange!.

is it possible to fix this?
 
There are two searches if im not wrong..One is google, and the other one is vB's..The other one is very good..gives me wat im looking for..:)

Why is the FE integrated wit TE in the first place? i mean in search?
 
Matter of fact is you can't search properly for a damn thing here on TE unlike other decent forums... One SAD thing about TE :(
 
vB's search does not return old threads. That is why I used google search. Try searching "Technology" on the google one and you will see that the first result returned is a link from FE and not TE :P
 
I agree the forum search feature on TE sucks :| In General talk section there were so many times i wanted to find an old thread but was unable to do so because the forum search didn't help.
