PC Peripherals Better TV Tuner out of Leadtek dvr 3100h and pvr 2100

i have two choices

1. leadtek dvr 3100h

2. leadtek pvr 2100
both having hardware encoder but my confusion is that dvr 3100h having analogue and digital both but pvr2100 having only analogue only , please tell me guys which one better.
 
None of them. Of course that being my personal opinion. I have Hauppauge WINTV 150 PVR, this I believe is good enough for indian requirements. Trouble supra for same.
