CPU/Mobo BF120 & Z200

I've got Bafo BF 120 USB-to-IRDA adapter.
Trying to get it to work with my Sony Ericcson Z200 but in vain!

The adapter uses the following chip:
cy7c63723-sc 0508
A 02
606971

The bundled cd provides Kingsun drivers. I've also tried sigmatel drivers but nothing seems to work. The mobile is not detected at all!
What can I do??
 
same prob here with the same bafo and N6610....almost threw it in the dustbin :(

it has the 620 chip, but doesnt recongise other drivers than the kingsun one...
 
Thats the crappiest chip ! I had it earlier, got frustrated with it and got a BT dongle instead. however i was somehow able to force the sigmatel drivers to install.

Yeah it was able to detect my fone (N6600 in this case) but it would often drop an active connection and there were a lot og problems. So i stopped using it.
