well i just talked to him over the phone now , he said he has already shipped the tx-3 and acc to wat he said , that u dont want the motherboard or processor any more because u think that they r older than what bhullar had said and u ultimately want to cancel the deal

he said that if ur not satisfied with the deal , u can return it & whenever he receives the parcel , he will refund the full amt

now he says that the hdfc bank near his place is not taking cash to deposit money in ur account ( dont know why) , so i said , u can transfer the amt to my SBI account and i can transfer it back to u , i hope thats not a problem

this is wat all he had to say
 
yea he sent me a message to the same effect, i told him to transfer the funds first to either your account or my account and i will ship out the proccy + stock hsf + the TX-3 as and when i get it to him.

Has any one faced problems with HDFC bank not accepting cash in 3rd party accounts ?
 
1. yes i am bunny3412 thats my first account on this site i have banned becoz of spamming here and there creating useless threads many more (as on that time i am new on this site dont know anything about rules ) but now that s my second account bhullar boys never create useless threads nor spamming here and there even every deal goes ok with me (even buyer or seller )

2.u can contact god of war user here on te as i have dealed with him regarding rams he send me his hdfc account for transfering money then i says to send me any sbi or icici bank as hdfc not accept money to deposit in 3rd party account then he send he his friends account of SBI BANK then i deposit money to his friend account ...thats for u chetan u think i am lying contact him and u will know the truth ....the same i said to him that HDFC dont accept cash in 3rd party accounts...

3. i am ready to refund the money to u just send me the athon ii 620 processor and tx-3( as u got the tx-3 ) .. i will deposit cash to mohits SBI account and he will refund ur money back to u (thanks to mohit for understanding the situation and helping )

4.u think processor is 1 year old ...and i told u i bought it in jan 2010 ....u think i am lying i am posting pic in thread of bill of processor and here too then we will talk that i am lying or not ..
 
^ i have never faced any problems with my acc in hdfc , people have deposited money in my hdfc account from various different states , never faced a problem like this that hdfc is not accepting cash for 3rd party transfer , may be a problem of one particular branch where he is going

anyways @jaspinder bhullar: please deposit the money in my sbi account first and then he will ship all the items back to u , now u have to do this to win the trust of all the TE members here , he doesnt want to be at the losing end , having shipped the items back to u and u have both the money and the items

i have pmed u my sbi acc details , please deposit the money (watever the amt he paid u ) in my account at the earliest - monday or tuesday , dont delay further

Forget all that just deposit the amount in mohit;s account, after he confirms he recd the same, i will ship the material to you

when this guy can go to SBI branch to deposit the cash, why cant he do NEFT directly to my account. Maddening
 
Just my opinion:

Bhullar boys seems like a genuine but quite naive person. He wouldnt send tx3 if he had intentions of cheating. He did some delays but its okay when he's ready to refund.

Chetansha seems like a fine but somewhat impatient and demanding buyer. Says he dint get satisfactory replies regarding bill-copy etc. before the transfer was done, so he could have avoided rushing through a deal in the first place.

No hard feelings should be felt about buyer/seller. Nuetral ratings should be shared.

Again, just my opinion.
 
Well thius guy said he is leaving out of town for few days so asked me to deposit the amount ASAP. and he would instruct his bro to do the shipping etc, and i transfer the amount to him in middle of the night thru NEFT. iTS MY FAUlt i blindly trusted his word when he said proccy is 2 yrs 9 mths and in the thread he has said he has bill etc so it was safe for me to assume he would send the bill too with proccy. Now after much asking he confesses to having got the cpu in Jan 2010.

buddy processor made is of july 09 and tell me how its 05/01/09 old ??? havent u see its 05/01/10 thats slash....even chetan said processor is july 09 made ... any more question?
 
date is definitely tampered , now cant say that u did it or global wala person did it while making the bill , no further excuses , just deposit the said amount in my account by Monday, as soon as i get the amt , chetansha will ship u the items back , case closed as of now

now please do it , dont delay it any further

i hope u have got my SBI ac details , i have pmed u sometime back
 
Point no,1 in the thread u said the proccy is having 2 years and 9 months warranty - so it means u purchased it in April 2010. Then you say later you purchase it in Jan 2010. - so the reason for me to cancel this deal are many

1) U asked me to use the broken TX-2 after putting some quick fix. i refused, at the same time you said in pm From : BHULLAR BOYS

4)As i said earlier its not the matter of 500 or 5500/- i am simply fed up with you and hence thats the reason i want refund, after which i will send you back your material PROPERLY packed.
 
why shoudnt u tell me if the processor made is of july 09 then how bill is of 05/01/09 ???? can u clear me this thing ???? regarding refund i will do it .....

Read what i told

I saw on the box of the CPU the date is July 2009., hence i feel the proccy is nearly an year old and not 3 mnths old as claimed by him, later he confess its been purchase by him in Jan 2010. Which i feel is a lie too.

What does the 22816 in red imply then ?

The problem here is unless u can get a copy of the one that Global systems must have its not possible to say whether the date is genuine or not, all you have is his word.
 
@ chetansha: Amritsar computer hardware vendors at nehru complex like this "global systems" , never provide bils with serial no.s and all , thats quite normal :P

bill seems genuine except for the date as i myself have purchased many items from global systems

@ bunny bhullar : please refund yaar
 
What i did find unusual about the bill is it has no contact nfo mentioned at all, as well as a VAT # or TIN #
