i know i thread i says its having 2.9 yrs warranty left but i havent remeber it actually till i see the bill .....so what still its having more than 2.6yrs warranty left ...if u consider its july/09 made frm that day till today its 11 months old not a year and frm bill its shows its max 2.6 yrs warranty left ...... @ mohit i will do refund ....

i have many bill like that frm global systems of many items if anybody want i will post its pics too ....
 
well, i don't want to take anyone's side, but it is really lame to think that the bill date is of '08.. since the box says made in july '09, and i hope bhullar doesn't possess a time machine, it doesn't seem a tampered date.. and that looks more like a delivery note rather than a bill.. why wud a delivery note include a VAT, CST number etc.. :S
 
Bhullar is ready to refund the amount in dispute so date tempering issue seems useless whatever he did it intentionally or not but eventionaly affects his reputation on the forums, untill he prove it wrong. In regard to cash deposit in HDFC bank, they usually refuse direct cash deposit in other than base branch even with the presence of main account holder.
 
In my court I would say, Buller is trying to prove himself out. So this gives benefit of doubt, where we dont need to give negative feedback, but for the hassle caused he has to answer for it., I would simply say "AT your RISK" factor is better in his case.

My 2 cents Verdict.

^^ +1, I have been to few HDFC branches which does not allow depositing cash if you are not the account holder, (it at times depends upon the cashier too). The Guy(Seller) is correct in this regard.

The cash deposit rules have been changed in HDFC.

You can deposit up-to Rs 10,000 in any account by non account holder also in cash but you will have to pay Rs 100 extra

In case the cashier refuses, approach the manager.

It is permitted officially & the cashier is not doing you a favour.

Thanks for the info, didn't knew it changed.(I did not need to visit branch for long time(more than year I think) , anyways this rule was useless AFAI believe)
 
1) About date I can say that some time (even me too) do such silly mistakes (e.g.)when just migrate from 2009 to 2010. At least in whole January to mid feb I keep writing old year i.e. 2009 (by mistake).

2) Just last week I bought iball keyboard for my friend, the sticker on keyboard box was showing June-2009 date.

Bhullar boys has informed me Quote "i know buddy i say i am ready to refund i am at clg frm 9:00am to 5:00 pm i am having holiday on every sat and sunday so probably on sat and if i am getting holiday before saturday i will do sure before saturday at least for between time wait ..... " unquote
 
Paper slips with titles such as Order/Estimate etc and no registration nos. are used by general hardware, auto parts stores, etc usually for sales they may not want to show in their accounts.

Such a paper slip without CST, BST, VAT, TIN nos is a worthless piece of trash- not a valid bill imho.
 
Yep, but as Mohit demonstrated this shop will issue a proper bill, provided (i assume) the purchaser is willing to ALSO pay VAT.

A bill like the one shown by bulla boys indicates no VAT was paid. However it's still enough to show the purchase was made from the shop concerned on the date claimed.

I'm not making any comments about a person's willingness to pay VAT or not :)

u have no choice but to wait till sat for the amt to be refunded :)
 
I dunno if i should get into this....but this same guy is selling Transcend JetRams with heatsinks on them at some other forum E ....... when i asked him if the rams are having heatsinks he was like yes ... he said he got the ram with the heatsinks...but according to few transcend jet rams dont come with heatsinks on them.........and later this guy accepted that he bought the heatsinks from somewhere else n it didnt came with the packing.....i know many of the members here are there too...so please throw some light on that thread...especially chetan if hes also there...let others know the troubles you faced dealing with him....
 
Update : I called Bunny today and he was vague in his reply, more like evasive. He told ya ya i will do it i am on the way. Wonder what he has done.
