well i own a BIG 6600 agp card 256mb. Now i was experiencing some restart problems while gaming a few mnths ago . i thought it might be my crappy mobo n all coz i had via nd i had heard that there are problems with that chipset . Now i hav a new pc but with a pcie slot only. so i tested out my gc on a friends comp ut had problems there too . so i guess sumthins wrong with da GC . Now since its under warranty , 2yrs+ left , i want it replace. But since i dont hav da box but hav evrythin else retained , plus da bill , nd no physical damage n all, will there be any replacement problems ? If not, how to go about it ? And will BIG replace it for a PCI-e card (since PCI-es r kinda cheaper)?

You shouldn't require the box and everything while going in for replacement, atleast that was the case with my 9800pro, had got it from Bigbyte(Distries for BIG cards now). Though they never had to replace my card, it was sorted out at their place within a couple of hrs...still remember the guy telling me box was not required even if I had to rma.

jeeeez......well will i hav to go to the BIGs place for replacement? And how much time do they take for it ? i had wished i cud get a pcie coz an AGP is of no use to me now...........oh welll.....and by the way 2 things:
1) Anybody knows where BIGS place is where i can get it replaced? Im in Navi Mumbai

it's at Lamington road, the guys who are supposed to check the card are not exactly the smartest around, explaining them your problem would be a real PITA
They have got a copy of Far Cry, which they will test for 15-20 min.BTW what power supply have you got, the most likely reason for system hanging/restarting is due to the card overheating, or insufficient power supply, better check the temps, and try with a better power supply before you go in for replacement.
