Graphic Cards BIG 6600gt detection problem...

computer not detecting my 6600gt.
i connected my card to tv and then switched back to monitor , but its not getting detected anymore???

the onboard graphics is working alright..

need help immediately...
 
just a try, connect your gt with tv - does it work ? if yes, check any settings you changed in your forceware drivers like force tv detection etc.

when you say your card is not getting detected - does it mean, there is no display & you cant see what's going on.

wait for others to reply, especially those utilising the tv out function of gpu. must be a software issue, especially nview.
 
Check your card in another system, or take out your card & reinstall, also make sure the gpu heatsink fan is working, did you o/c your card, are you running a hacked bios, is your card under warranty, post back with your system specs.

Not to worry, someone will solve your problem.
