Bigadda Deals and Coupons

At present I will not buy any thing more than few hundred Rs (max 400-500), that too with a 250 Rs coupon.

Why? Because their credibility is yet to be proved, initial signal says that they complete order fast at their end and provide shipment number, but the goods are not really sent. By completed they meant they have sent the order to Vendor. Which means time to ship, quality of packing etc will differ from Vendor to Vendor (like Tradus), So for costly items, I'll stick with Flipkart or Letsbuy, not big Adda, unless they prove otherwise somewhere down the line.
 
better to stay away from bigadda as they donot directly ship the item but via vendor and it is upto the vendor how he ships and delivers so for costly stuff go with reputed stores only.
any shipment will take minimum one week because it is not shipped directly by bigadda.
 
i had ordered form bigadda on 29th but till today my order is not shipped,finally i called them and asked why my shipment is not shiped till now they told me the same thing " sir,we have given order from our side to the vendor and he will ship it" then after i blasted them about the responsibility,poor service etc.etc.they told they will talk to the vendor and make sure that it is shipped today itself.

will see today evening if it is shipped.

so, the actual reality of bigadda is once you have ordered they do not take any responsibility and pass it on to the vendor.

bigadda just acting as a mediator between you and the vendor.

so,guys better stay away from bigadda.
 
finally product shipped received message from seller for the same,expected time to recieve monday/tuesday
 
I ordered 3 days back and they sent an SMS saying the item is expected to be delivered on Monday. Not bad
 
Does the vendor send any sms with aramex tracking no? I just have a bigadda order no. Order status shows completed / sent to vendor since last 3 days. I ordered a belkin power strip.
 
I've found the service disgraceful till now. Made the payment 4 days back and the status is YET not changed to shipped. Absolutely pathetic.
 
oops... i tried to buy a logitech keyboard and when i tried to pay using my SBI ATM card , it rejected, no option for icici online transfer... i applied the coupon, when i am trying to pay again using other CC , theres no such option.. i think my 50 bucks coupon is wasted... hmmmm....

You've to click on Shipments tab on 'Account Dashboard->View Order' page. There you can see the tracking details. These are not mentioned in the SMS
 
Had a chat with their useless CC, he said it will take 7-8 days for shipping and it is as per their rule. I blasted the moron and he disconnect the line.
