Bigadda Deals and Coupons

^.. 90% stuff on BigAdda is overpriced & when shipping is added then its way out of line than current market prices... There is extremely few stuff one can order from them. Even if they do then one has to wait a lot 'coz they are painfully slow to process the payment & send the details to vendor for shipping (BigAdda only offers a platform for selected sellers).

One can compare it to rediff or indiatimes shopping....

Had already ordered one Sony pack of 2.
Left with one more coupon, i will opt for the Sanyo Eneloop.
I thought those would be fakue after looking at the price so had opted out for Eneloop.
 
^.. They are 100% original... Got 2 packs already delivered from JJ Mehta. It had gone out of stock but I spoke to the person @ JJ Mehta (Mr. Kartik Mehta) & confirmed them. He got these re-listed for me. I'd told him that I want ~7-8 packs.

These are the new model. 75% charge even after 3 years & 1500 charge cycles... :)

I guess these Eneloops were the only best deal on BigAdda for those 250 off coupons...
 
^... You have to get from Cityoffers but those new coupons do not work on purchases below 500 unlike earlier ones which were working on everything...
 
Stay away from BigAdda unless you know that the seller will ship it. This is so because the customer care does not have authority to cancel the order; once placed.

I ordered one item on 4th July, no sign of shipping, no one replies to mail, when contacted on phone, they assures for resolution with in 24 hrs but nothing happens. When ask them for cancellation and refund; they do not have authority. Honestly this is worse than TimTara. :p (Their CC at least responds and can take action, late I agree but still)
 
Totally agree..They taught me a very good lesson..Don't go with the offers w/o knowing about them and don't deal with anything that says big* i.e adag
 
^^... I agree... Most of the dealers on BigAdda are slow as hell.. Processing at the site's end is also pathetic. On other eCommerce sites its done usually in 24 hrs or within next day at-least but with BigAdda they take their own sweet time. On two of my IVR transactions which were successful, its still showing as processing since last 10 days. I spoke to my card Bank & they told me that transaction was processed & approved but since merchant site has not sent the next request for debit, the amount is not debited on my card.. They gave me the transaction nos. while BigAdda gave me nothing except the order nos.

It was a good thing that the seller I ordered mostly (Eneloops) from was JJ Mehta which shipped within two days of "Sent to vendor" & Aramax delivered in next 24 hrs... While on other stuff like Deos & Belkin strip the processing was painfully slow @ BigAdda, also seller took 4-5 days before shipping the item...

Few of my orders are still under processing & customer care tells me to call after 3-4 days & wait... The site itself is quite buggy. If you order same stuff again one ofter another the first order will be automatically cancelled... :(
 
How to select the shipping mode while ordering :S each time it tells me to select shipping method but i cant see any shipping method listed :mad:

How did u guys order:S I'm attaching a screenshot of the same page.

^.... It usually auto selects itself whenever you put up the address... Might be a bug on their site.. Try again tomorrow...

Try purchasing any other item.

Try adding another item on your shopping cart.
Are you still getting that error ?
 
Finally got two of my order's completed processing.... It took 12 days & few eMails to them. Damn they are slow... :(
 
Ordered rechargable batteries on 19.
Received all my packets today, infact i had a very good experience with Bigadda (I guess i am the first one to say this on this thread :) )

^^ My seller was JJ mehta, was amazed to see the quality of packing.
Aramex delivered all my parcels in just 1 day.
Really good service in my case.
