Car & Bike Bike crash guard spacer and bolt

I bought a TVS Ronin crash guard but the spacer was not present I ordered it online and apparently the manufacturer handle installation in some other way which is not ideal.

I would like to buy two 25-30mm spacer (female to female) as well as the bolts 35-40mm.

Can someone recommend where I can get these items?
