bill transactions failed axis bank

i was paying my mtnl and reliance bill and after the page is transfered to axis net banking after i type my transaction password and click pay it just keeps on loading i waited for half n hour and then i closed it

now wen i check my statement it shows both amount is deducted but no proof of mtnl neither reliance.

so i will go to the their offices tomorrow

wrong place to post. should have been in general talk.

btw i've noticed that, while paying bills, if something is downloading in background like torrents or from rs, etc, errors crop up even on a fast connection. so i usually pause all torrents, and only keep browser open.

dont worry since ur bill was not paid but the amt was deducted from ur account , the amt will reflect back in ur account within 48-72 hrs , so wait for this time

most probably i think bill might have been paid, only that he didn't get confirmation form the respective companies. There will be name of company next to the transaction if amount has gone to the companies account.

samr thing happened with me once , i was recharging my mobile from the merchant site docomo , by after entering my details , the payment page just stopped , nothing happened , i rfereshed and the amount was deducted from my account but my mobile was not recharged , waited for 2-3 days and the amt was back in my bank account

Don't worry, money will automatically come back to your account. Just in case it doesn't, write an application to the bank manager mentioning the problem and ask for the money to be credited to your account.

I had the same problem 3-4 days back. But before I submitted the application, the money was already back in my account.
