Billdesk card payment pending

I made a payment for my cc through billdesk and amount got debiited from my icici ac but it is showing status could not be confirmed in billdesk and pending in the cc receipt page. What should I do next? Wait for the payment to show up in my cc statement or wait for money from billdesk to come back to my icici account? Last date for payment is 22nd Nov.

i have a feeling some adblock and privacy addons in firefox could have caused this issue since when using chrome without addons, the payment always goes through.
 
Happens.. Just call your debit bank and confirm the transaction, if its processed successfully from their end you need not worry as within 3 working days the payment will get credited..
 
I have noticed that when today payments usually happen in the blink of an eye, credit card payments are almost like snail mail in comparison. And i guess it's to make money off late-ish payment people.

To add, I mostly make my cc payments either on last or second last days..
Even if they receive the payment after a decade the payment date counted is the date on which we transacted and not when they received.

In my bank account, it shows amount paid to billdesk. I got a success message but could not take screenshot since that page goes away quickly.

Didn't you receive payment confirmation email from your credit card company.
Also, even if the payment page says 2-3 days for payment transfer, no bank actually charges any interest because of that. Just once SBI tried to do it and I called them and set them straight. In fact, from past experiences of a lot of people, I can tell you that in case one forgets making payment by a day or 2 over the due date, most banks will waive off the charges and interest if you call them and ask for it, based on your track record.

I remember paying my ICICI Card bill and it took them 48 hours to credit in my card account. As you said its already debited from your bank account it should be updated by tomorrow or max by Tuesday.
