CPU/Mobo Bios Prob. in asus 939 based A8N-VM

HI .
I have asus A8n- vm 939 based mobo i have updated bios ver. 0702 by asus update software through windows. after updating sys restart & give cmos checksum bad. sys will shutdown after 15 seconds. I have cleared cmos jumper + remove battery + also processer , ram but noting gonna happen..( AMD 939 3000+ 1.8 ghz proc.+ 512 ddr2 ram )
What shld i do now ...Help Me GUYZZZZ PLZZZZ...:)
 
Find your support cd, and your user manual.
You can recover your bios using the cd.

Alternatively you could try updating your bios with a flash drive. Refer to your manual, or the asus web page for your motherboard.
 
Try to get into the BIOS as soon as the system boots (you mentioned 15 seconds).

Set the accurate time/date.
 
i can not do anything man. It just start. display come that CMOS check sum bad message then shut down.

No del key working to motherboard bios & I have No driver cd nor manual...

I guess you did a botched flash. Windows BIOS flashing is always risky. See if you can google "BIOS flash via DOS". Else let us know, can provide you links.
 
Your motherboard has a crash free bios...which means you can update the bios from a flash/floppy drive.
Go to the asus site, search for your motherboard, download the manual, download the bios again, download the bios flash utility.
Read the manual, all the info you need is in there.
