Bios update

Hi all

How can i update the bios in my system
I have IBM THINKCENTRE intel celron 2.8 ghz.128mb 40gb hdd
Can any one help me out in this issue?
 
Search Your System Mother Board Manufacturers site - all info will be there, but just don't upgrade Bios if your City is under Power cut, it will Harm your MOBO for ever.

If still want to Upgrade use UPS and than only do further.
