Mac gamers usually have to wait long times (or in some cases forever) for them to be able to play good quality games and it's been proved the same once more, but hey, better late than never!

It has been announced that 'Bioshock Infinite' is launching on Apple's Macintosh the 29th of this month, and that the port is being handled by Aspyr, who have proved their mettle before developing ports for other games such as Call of Duty, Borderlands and Civilization for Apple's home computing platform from Windows.

In Bioshock Infinite, players assume the role of former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt, sent to the flying city of Columbia on a rescue mission. And of course if you've played any game in the series befre - you know that BioShock Infinite is a first-person shooter, which is set in 1912 (prequel to the other two Bioshock games).

There are various ways you can get your hands on the same such as the Mac App Store, Aspyr's Gameagent and Valve's Steam. The good thing about the Steam version of the game is that it is cross-platform - meaning If you already own it on steam for Windows, you can play it on Mac for free.

The game had been critically acclaimed before when it released earlier this year, having a metacritic rating of 94% - and many have already made this heir GOTY when it launched.

Yeah, games are delayed a lot on MAC. But not a year, it's about 5/6 months in this case.
