bittorent client to cap download ?

Is there any torrent client that will allow users to cap download speed.I have bitcomet and ABC but i could not find that option.

you can cap your download speeds on abc. dude..
i thiink you can cap it per torrent..

As for the download cap is concerned bitcomet and azureus have it for individual torrents. Otherwise download netlimiter to cap the speeds.

go to options/preferences/connections in bitcomet. u can cap the dload limit there.
