Blackberry 8520 Problem

I have a 4 month old BB 8520 and have a strange problem,whenever i call someone it continously switches between handset mode and the headphone mode which makes it unable to listen and the voice keeps on breaking...

Since my cellphone is in warranty can i get it replaced somewhere or repair at a offical BB Service Station ?
Anyone of you know abt any Service Centers in Mumbai ?

try to update or flash with the firmwre at home only....

In case it doesnt wrk go to a authorized service centre..>!!!
